Tried to get customer service to verify if this was the preferred 3” or a 4” model. After a month waiting for a reply, decided to order this one - turned out to be the 4” - disappointed but can’t seem to get any help. Bag itself is nice quality, just not the fit I wanted.
Store owner replied:
Thank you for your feedback, John. We apologize for the delayed response. Our Padded Tool Sleeve comes in one size, 8" x 4" and will accommodate tools within those dimensions. The sizing is also listed in the product images on our website for reference.
