If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receipt you may return your new, unused purchase for an exchange or store credit within 30 days after your order ships. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking or cancellation fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping both ways and on orders returned that are marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier

• Returns must be started within 30 days after the order originally shipped.
• The product must be in new and unused condition.
• ALL returned merchandise subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• ALL G&BPRO mobile stations, equipment, lighting, and add-ons must be in new and unused condition.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all return packaging and shipping charges and arranging the delivery back to G&BPRO
