G&BPRO Limited Warranty

G&BPRO ("Company") provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of the G&BPRO Mobile Station ("Product"). This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or directly from G&BPRO.

Warranty Details

  • Duration

    This warranty is effective for the lifetime of the Product, which is defined by the Company as the period during which the components are expected to function according to their intended purposes under normal use.

  • Coverage

    This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, either (1) repair the Product or (2) offer a credit towards a new Mobile Station

  • Exclusions

    • The warranty does not cover problems due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accident, negligence, or if the Product has been altered, damaged, or physically changed in any way.
    • The warranty is void if the Product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.
    • Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
  • Claim Process

    To file a warranty claim, contact our customer support. Proof of purchase, photos and/or video evidence of the defect are required. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to G&BPRO. Repaired or replaced Products will be returned at the Company's expense. Delay or failure to report an issue promptly may void the warranty. Customer has 7 business days to report any defects or workmanship issues from date of arrival.

    Each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Limitation of Damages

    G&BPRO is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages. In no event shall G&BPRO liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.

  • Transferability

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
