I’m still upset about the incident, but I’m letting it go. I do want you to know, however to make this bag better the inside separators for the compartment underneath the pullout trays. Need to be easier to remove if needed. I needed to customize it for what I needed and it was hell taking those bottom separators out so I can put it the way I needed it. So if you want to improve the bag that’s what I suggest doing. I should do a review on it. I just wouldn’t know where to post it. Not sure if you YouTube or TikTok or Instagram. I don’t have any idea. I’m willing to try any of them. I would love to order the mini as well, but since all my coupon codes were deleted after they went through completely it leaves me feeling that it was very unprofessional on your part. No one even spoke to me about it. They just canceled my order.. I wish that didn’t happen. It was pretty disappointing . I earned those coupon codes fair and Square. After chemotherapy I was so excited about affording the bag
Sizing was perfect for my permanent makeup supplies. Also realized upon opening that the mirror detaches AND lights up to 3 different light settings. Wheels roll very smoothly. Overall very pleased with this!
Solid bag
I bought this for my wife. I’ve bought 3 bags from other companies and they were all flimsy and did not feel safe to have a couple grand worth of equipment in it. These 2 bags feel almost indestructible . I’m not throwing it around but it feels safe enough for it to be accidental drop resistant. Don’t waste your time on Amazon if you can afford this set up. You have a career and you want to keep the things you work hard for as safe as possible. They give you that peace of mind with this bag.

This bag is AMAZING! It has so much room for everything you need. Only complaint I would say is the pull up handle doesn't feel sturdy. It's wobbles a little but everything else is amazing and I've already recommended the bag to a hair stylist :)

This bag is great and it holds everything I could ever need and more. I would love if the bag had another handle to grab. When I'm loading the bag into my car or going up or down steps I don't want to carry it by the adjustable pull handle that you roll it with.

I really like this bag it hold's more tools neatly and keeps them organized.. I would've given five stars if it had handles on the lower bag to help lift it,and some way to secure the top of the larger bag to secure the top open when filling or working out of a strap that would secure to the handle might work
