Products was as described and great products, but I was promised a free item with my order for making a big purchase but they removed it from my order without even letting me know and acted as the product was never on my order when I showed a screenshot of when I made the purchase. Taking back something that was offered if you made the purchase is disappointing. I tried contacting the company before leaving a review but they failed to get back to me at all.
Store owner replied:
Jose, we appreciate you acknowledging the quality of our products. As previously explained, the free item was part of an expired promotion and was no longer available. Nevertheless, we provided you with $50 in store credit under our current offer. While we respect your feedback, we believe we've made a reasonable effort to address your concerns, and it's disappointing that this gesture was not reflected in your review.
Everyrhing I expected and more. Durable. Spacious. A complete movile station. Great product.
This actually exceeded my expectations. You can tell that it was made to be durable and built to last. The quality is evident from the moment you use it, and it feels much more premium than I expected. Everything works exactly as advertised, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made product.
Love the quality of the case! Very durable! I LOVE THE SOFT CLOSE!!! Whoever designed this traveling case really put thought into every detail! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
This is the best product ever. Looks professional. Its built with quality parts. I got so many compliments during this lawenforcement wellness event. Thank you for building a product of such quality and care. God Bless
It is perfect for travel ! I can use it both for my barbering and styling tools . The size is just right and it also makes it easy when doing my house calls
