Items purchased on sale or part of a promotion:
All sales on promotional, reduced or discounted items are FINAL.
All sales on Power Banks, Extra Dividers, Flex Combs or Padded Sleeves are FINAL.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied with any of the G&BPRO products purchase from the G&BPRO online shop for any reason, you have three (3) days from the date of purchase to request a refund through our 3 Day Guarantee policy. We will gladly accept returns of an unworn/uncovered/unsealed/undamaged (not physically broken or damaged) product with all accessories in its original box/packaging within 3 days from purchase for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, handling, taxes, and promotional discounts. The return shipping charges from the customer to the company will be that of the customer and subjected to a 30% restocking fee of the total purchase value.
Batteries and accessories are not covered by the returns policy since they are considered consumable material.
The return policy is not applicable if returned more than 3 days after purchase or if items exhibit wear-and-tear.
During sale/promotional period (including events), returns are not available on reduced merchandise. To return a product not purchased from our online store, please refer to the original place of purchase.
Please note that items are your responsibility before they reach our office, we advise you to securely package the items in bubble wrap and send them in a padded/secure box to prevent damage. It is also recommended to use a postal service that insures you for the value of items you are returning. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item.
We generally don’t accept exchanges of products without appropriate reasons by mutual agreement of both G and B Pro and buyer. We can only accept exchanges of an originally defective product (not physically broken or damaged) with all accessories and in its original box/packaging within 3 days from purchase.
If you received a defective product that exhibits damage not associated with normal wear, we will be happy to replace and ship it back to you at no cost provided that your product is returned with proof and date of purchase.
The return policy is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear caused by user or small wear caused by production process; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accidents (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alterations, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage.

If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. For apparel and accessory item(s), you may have the item(s) sent back to you at your expense. If you elect to have item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs and send the item(s) to you after you have paid for the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or we confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. For apparel and accessories that have been shipped directly from our trusted retail and boutique partners, all orders are auto-confirmed and cannot be canceled. For other apparel and accessories, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller – whichever comes first – as described in the previous paragraph.
You may not cancel an offer after the offer has been accepted.
If an order is canceled before you have been charged for the order, you may see a pending authorization on your card that will fall off of your account in a few days but you will not be charged for the order. If an order is canceled after you have been charged for the order, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) in STORE CREDIT.

If for any reason, you dispute any transaction made on the G and B Pro website, your account may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except as provided under “Returns” above, you will not dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card or method of payment you used to purchase item(s) website. Should you do so, your order(s) may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name(s) the credit accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing item(s) on the G and B Pro website.

We warrant the original purchaser, that all G and B Pro products under normal use, operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation, for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and G and B Pro’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty will be, at G and B Pro’s discretion to repair the defective product during the one (1) year limited warranty period so that it performs substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of the initial purchase. Any replacement may be at the discretion of G and B Pro. Any benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that the consumer may be entitled to under law.
The forgoing warranty is limited to select products and is not applicable to: (i) batteries; (ii) normal wear and tear; (iii) Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage (iv) used not in accordance with the documentation; and (v) damage caused by or to the equipment with which the product is used.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.
