- Original shipping charges not refundable
- Refund/Store Credit issued after return is received
- Some items are not eligible
- Shipping label Obtain a return label (at your cost) from our support team by contacting us via email or chat (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Pack your item(s) Securely pack the item(s) in the original shipping cartons with original packaging and packing slip.
- UPS drop-off (Take the package(s) to any UPS dropoff location)
- Get your refund/Store Credit (Please allow 3-5 business days* for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival.)
TERMS OF THE G&BPRO RETURN POLICY
- Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via gandbpro.com.
- For items not purchased from gandbpro.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipment back to our returns department.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- You will be charged a 30% restocking fee
*A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
